The Youth Clinic is partnering with Pediatric Urgent Care of Northern Colorado to host a calendar photo contest! Submit your favorite photographs of your children and you could win a $200 VISA Gift Card! The Youth Clinic Calendar Photo Contest is open to anyone! Send us your favorite photos of your kids playing sports, doing their favorite activity, with friends or even candid photos.
The deadline for entries is September 1, 2015. The Youth Clinic’s favorite photographs will be displayed on The Youth Clinic Facebook page for voting until September 21, 2015, so be sure to point your friends and family over to “like” their favorite!
The 13 winning photographs will be used in a The Youth Clinic/Pediatric Urgent Care of Northern Colorado calendar and will receive a calendar as well as a coffee gift card to The Human Bean ($5). The person whose photo is chosen for the cover of the calendar will receive a $200 VISA Gift Card!
Photos must be of children and must be horizontal images only. Please do not send cell phone images and make sure photographs are high quality digital images with a minimum resolution of 300dpi.
Photos that have been digitally altered beyond standard optimization will be disqualified.
Please send your submissions to marketing@oldtownmediainc.com, one per email. Be sure to include your name and contact number, the title of photo, name of child and any comment on the photo you wish to add for each submission.
The Youth Clinic and Pediatric Urgent Care of Northern Colorado reserves the rights to all submitted photographs and they may be used in marketing and advertisements.
