Check In Process

Electronic check-in is easy!

Simply walk in during our hours – no appointment necessary. When you arrive, we use an electronic check-in system for your convenience.

Please see the front desk if you have any questions.

1. Follow instructions posted on the outside of the building and scan the QR code to start check in/registration.
2. From your mobile device you will complete and review your medical information, update/enter current insurance information, and pay your copay and open balances.
3. Wait for phone call from the nurse or front desk to come into the building.
